The following activities are strictly prohibited:

* Distribution of malware or harmful software
* Network attacks including DDoS or hacking
* Fraudulent activity
* Identity theft or impersonation
* Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
* Abuse of network resources

Users who violate this policy may have their service suspended or terminated without notice.

Sparrow Hosting cooperates with lawful requests from authorities when required by applicable law.
