Sparrow Hosting Inc. – Refund Policy

  1. FREE TRIAL

    2. Users may access a limited free trial that does not require payment information.

  2. PAID PLANS

    3. Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.

  3. REFUNDS

    4. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase if the service has not been significantly used.
    After the refund eligibility period has passed, payments are considered non-refundable.

  4. CANCELLATIONS

    5. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
