These terms govern your use of the hosting and domain services provided by SparrowHostings. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Services and orders

Hosting and domain orders are placed through our billing portal. Review the package resources, billing term and total before paying. An order is subject to acceptance, payment confirmation and any applicable registration checks. Contact-form messages do not create an order or charge.

3. Fees and billing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually at the price stated in the order unless canceled before renewal.
• Any applicable taxes will be shown in the order total before payment.
• We will notify customers before applying a renewal price change.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your content, account credentials, and backups. You must comply with our acceptable use policy.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy. You may cancel under the cancellation policy.

6. Service availability and liability

Shared hosting resources are subject to the limits of the selected plan and our service level policy. You should maintain independent copies of your website and data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SparrowHostings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Applicable law and changes

These terms are subject to applicable law and do not waive mandatory consumer rights. Updates are published on this page. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated before taking effect where required by law.
